कच्च्या केळ्याचे कटलेट / Raw Banana Cutlet
साहित्य :
- ३-४ कच्ची केळी
- ३-४ हिरव्या मिरच्या
- १/२ ते १" आलं
- १/२ वाटी बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
- ३-४ टेबलस्पून कॉर्नफ्लोअर
- १ टीस्पून चाट मसाला
- १ टीस्पून चिली फ्लेक्स
- १/२ टीस्पून हळद
- १ टीस्पून धने पावडर
- १/२ टीस्पून जिरे पावडर
- चवीनुसार मीठ
- थोडेसे पाणी
कृती:
१) प्रथम केळ्याचे देठ व खालचा भाग कापून कुकरमध्ये ३-४ शिट्या करून, केळी उकडून घ्यावीत.
५) तयार कटलेट तव्यावरती तेल सोडून शॅलो फ्राय करून घ्यावे.

Now let's take a look at Raw Banana Cutlet.
Serving : 14-15 pieces
Preparation time : 35-40 minutes
- 3–4 Raw Bananas
- 3–4 Green Chilies
- ½ to 1 inch piece of Ginger
- ½ bowl finely chopped Coriander leaves
- 3–4 tablespoons Corn flour
- 1 teaspoon Chat Masala
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Water


Method:
1) Cut off the top and bottom of the bananas and pressure cook them for 3–4 whistles (i.e. until soft).
2) Once the cooker cools down, peel the bananas. In a plate take peel bananas, mash them well using a fork or masher. Add ginger–chili paste, chat masala, chili flakes, turmeric, finely chopped coriander, corn flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
